Learn to navigate jealousy.  

Jealousy does not have to be a problem. It can be a teacher. Until coaching, I saw jealousy through the lens of scarcity and inadequacy and fear.

Jealousy is an emotion that sheds light on the things you are interested in, like, want, or are important to you.​It doesn’t mean you need something different to be content or that you lack something.

Jealousy helps you set your GPS more accurately and notice and connect with your values.

It is a learning tool that provides useful information about your authentic self.

Where do you notice jealousy or envy showing up in your life?
