Mindfulness and intention are helpful in mother relationships.

In this episode, we explore the idea of choice and showing up with mindful intention rather than expectation in your relationship with your mother.

It's possible to hold dualities and allow your mom to be who and how she is and you to be who and how you are.

It's possible to not necessarily like some aspects of your relationship with your mother and still be immensely grateful to her and honor the parts of the relationship that work. 

Curiosity softens automatic “judging minds."  

Your mom is the exact mom for you because she is your mom.

What did you learn from her?

How are your differences actually strengths?

What would peace do?

What would love do? 

What would understanding do? 

What would connection do?
