Holidays often bring up stress and family drama.  Today we share mindfulness and mindset tools to help you find more calm, peace, and joy during the holidays

Setting a mindful intention helps guide you to respond and not react, even in the midst of the chaos. Having as few expectations as possible lessens disappointment and allows for opportunity and curiosity.  Setting yourself up for success is key.  Nourish yourself FIRST so that you have the most to give and share with others. Focusing on what is in your control is empowering and liberating.
