Down days are part of the tapestry of life.  It's a universal part of being human. Oftentimes, we try to ignore or resist the negative feelings we get on these days. Everyone has them. 

Being mindful- noticing, with curiosity and without judgement, helps you move through a down day with skill.  Down days can be opportunities to open our hearts and have compassion for ourselves. 

In this episode we share how allowing, accepting, naming all the feelings, and showing yourself compassion on the “No Good Very Bad Day” can be helpful.
