The Mindful Healers Podcast with Dr. Jessie Mahoney and Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang

Nov 7, 2021

Mindfulness helps you both create and enjoy more intimacy and connection

Mindfulness and intention can help you solve intimacy and sex “challenges”, struggles, conflicts and feelings of inadequacy.

When you bring MF to intimacy and sex its possible find more connection, pleasure, peace and ease around this topic in your own relationship

Connection, intimacy and sex relieve stress, are healing, and are a human need and are critical to health and happiness. When we're disconnected, alone, isolated and/or sex and intimacy are not going well it is stressful.

Mindfulness is being in the moment and a way of focusing in the midst of life’s distraction

How often do you feel distracted in moments of intimacy and/or in the bedroom?

Mindfulness is noticing, being aware, showing up with curiosity, non Judgment, non Striving, attention, intention, patience, trust, letting go, gratitude and generosity.  What might happen if you applied these to intimacy, relationships, and sex.
