This episode applies to EVERYONE because worry and anxiety are part of life.  We share how you have a choice in how you experience uncertainty.  You can choose to grow and learn from it or feel stuck and overwhelmed.

Learn tips on how you can approach anxiety-provoking events mindfully.  Intentional grounding, the RAIN practice, asking yourself good questions and consulting with your future self are all possible approaches for a more easeful journey.

Allowing yourself to feel uncomfortable feelings brings softening, freedom, and more calm.  At the end of this episode is an offering of a mindful practice devoted to allowing yourself to feel uncomfortable feelings.
